Experience the relief of working with someone who finally gets it

My process is driven by an insatiable curiosity with how you think, perceive and interact in your world.

In the broadest sense, we will dismantle the stigma surrounding cognitive challenges, disorders and mental illness. Many people talk about diversity, yet cognitive diversity is rarely understood or appreciated. I encourage people to embrace their differences and develop strategies for their unique cognitive challenges to operate effortlessly in the world. My understanding and teaching of neuroanatomy allows my approach to be informed by the brain bases of behavior.

  1. Setting goals: We will work together to define clear, specific, and achievable goals that align with your values and vision for your life.

  2. Assessing current reality: I will assess your current situation, including strengths, challenges, and resources.

  3. Developing strategies and action plans: I will help you develop strategies and action plans to help you achieve your goals. These may include specific tasks, behaviors, or habits that you and I can work on.

  4. Implementing and practicing: I support and guide you as you put your action plans into practice - working on your goals and practicing new skills and habits to be independently effective.

  5. Reviewing progress and adjusting as needed: We will regularly review your progress and adjust our action plan as needed to ensure that you are making progress towards your goals.
